Desiccant dehumidification systems widely known as AHU Cum Dehumidifiers and Engineered Dehumidifiers comprising of precooling coils, Post cooling coils and Various stages of filtration as desired by Process requirements. Both Standard and Customised series are available with Electrical reactivation and Steam based reactivation modes suitable to the utilities available at site
This unit are specially design for “Low Relative Humidity” from 1 % to 50%
desiccant dehumidifier is an advanced humidity control system designed to efficiently remove moisture from air, even at low temperatures and humidity levels. It uses a desiccant wheel to directly absorb moisture, ensuring precise and consistent humidity control.
Equipped with a high-efficiency desiccant rotor, process blower motor, reactivation blower motor, reactivation heaters, steam coil, gear reduction unit, filters. compact electrical panel with VFD, extruded aluminium frame with powder coated / thermal break ,PP corner, G.I. powder coated panels 20/22/24 swg, SS sheet with puff insulated panel, SS drain pan , Cooling coil, micro v pre filter, after filter, final filter, PP handles and hinges, inspection door, sticking type leak proof gasket, anti-vibration mounting pad, internal cabling, anti-vibration canvass, metal alloy Allen bolts with nutserts for panel fixing ,door interlock for blower , base frame.
Airflow handling: 100 CMH – 50,000 CMH
Moisture removal: 4 kg/hr – 115 kg/hr
Uses a solid, high-efficiency desiccant wheel for consistent performance.
Choice of relay-based or PLC-driven controls.
Equipped with G4 filters on both process and reactivation streams.
Factory-built compact units for quick installation & minimum site work.
Options for high static fans with VFD and SS construction for critical applications.
Pharma & Chemical industries
Food storage & packaging
Hospitals & Cleanrooms
Battery & Electronics manufacturing
Warehouses, Cold rooms, Defence storage
Air washer is also known as an evaporative air cooler because it follows the principles of evaporative cooling (also termed as adiabatic cooling), the atmospheric air is cooled down to pleasant temperature by passing it through a stream of evaporative water. Therefore, in a nutshell, the water acts as the cooling agent in an air washer.
These units are ideal for industries requiring high-volume fresh air, such as manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or textile industries, as they provide filtered, cool, 100% fresh air.
